Although we welcome feedback from our fans and will endeavour to reply to any messages, questions or comments, we will not always be able to reply individually to all the messages, questions and comments we receive via Facebook, because of resource constraints. Comments posted to the wall of our Facebook fan page will not be considered as contacting The Drawing Boardfor any official purpose. We reserve the right to delete submissions that contain vulgar language, advocate illegal activity, spam or links to other sites.
Comments by The Drawing Board fan page on posts from our Facebook fan page, other Facebook fan pages or personal users are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of The Drawing Board. Any inappropriate comments made by The Drawing Board facebook fan page will be removed at the discretion of the communications team. We reserve the right to delete comments that unintentionally or otherwise, contain vulgar language and/ or advocate illegal activity.
Posting Images and Links
We do not knowingly post images or links that contain vulgar language, advocate illegal activity, or are spam. Any inappropriate images or links posted by the The Drawing Board fan page will be removed when it comes to the attention of the communications team. A link to another company’s website or an image of other company’s products or services are in no way an endorsement of that company’s products or services, and are only meant for informational purposes.
The fact that we ‘Like’ a fan page of another business does not imply endorsement of any kind by The Drawing Board.
The Drawing Board will generally update and monitor our Facebook fan page during office hours only, Monday to Friday. Facebook may occasionally become unavailable. We cannot accept responsibility for lack of service due to Facebook downtime. The facilities within Facebook may also occasionally fail; we cannot accept responsibility for any problems that are caused as a result.
The @sketchanidea Twitter account is managed by The Drawing Board. Any views or opinions expressed are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of The Drawing Board.
Replies and Direct Messages
Although we welcome feedback from followers and will endeavour to read all @replies, we will not always be able to reply individually to all the messages we receive via Twitter, because of resource constraints. Sending messages to our Twitter feed will not be considered as contacting The Drawing Boardfor any official purpose. If you need to contact The Drawing Boardfor official correspondence, visit our contact page.
If you follow @sketchanidea, we will not automatically follow you back. This avoids us having to spend time dealing with spam accounts, and helps keep discussions open by limiting the use of Direct Messages. @sketchanidea will follow organisations of relevance to it and may follow individuals where appropriate. We will cease to follow accounts we believe are malicious or spam. The fact that we follow a Twitter account does not imply endorsement of any kind by The Drawing Board.
