Company: Rainbow Spirit - Cornish crystal shop What they wanted to achieve: An online shop to enable their customers from "upcountry" to keep on shopping all the way home. They very much wanted to create the same ambience online as they have in the shop. What we did: An online store with a complex database of interelating information from the crystal types to their healing properties. Set up an Easy-blog to allow Graham and beth to communicate more frequently and informally with their customers.
