Well my Sammy took the plunge and graduated from one of the flock to the Shepherd... he ordered his 6'4" high performance Bonzer from Nigel Semmens Custom Surfboards - Ocean Magic Surfboard Factory, Newquay Cornwall this week... just in time for 7 months in Indonesia!

It looks like its a beauty... he's going for egg yolk yellow tint with black pin-lines (now where have I seen that before, LOL), a double 4oz deck, 4oz bottom. Bonzer will be written onto the nose - the tribute to Malcolm Campbell. Its going to have a narrow fishy swallow tail and a lot of high performance modern stuff - rails, rocker, foil etc.

Its nice to know that all those wet summer days on Red Flag at Booby's Bay talking about boards weren't wasted :)

Shame on you Sammy boy - looks like you are following the flock again.
